This headlight conversion is what is found on all 419 Unimogs. It replaces the smaller headlights of the 406/416 with new Bosch headlight buckets, and 7" H4 reflectors.
The kit comes with 12V bulbs included, if using on a 24V vehicle, you will need to purchase 2 x 24V bulbs that fit these reflectors. (H4 with P43 Base)
This is a bolt on conversion using the supplied hardware and makes a huge difference in terms of night time visibility and long term maintainability. This kit converts one vehicle.
The kit includes:
- 2 x Bosch H4 Headlight Buckets with Trim Rings (0005448101)
- 2 x Hella H4 DOT 7" Reflectors (70477HL)
- 2 x Hella H4 - 12V Headlight Bulbs (072601012803)
- 1 x Hardware Pack for Installation
Optional: If installing in 24V applications you will need to purchase 2 x of the 24V - H4 Bulbs

This kit DOES NOT fit the 404.1 Unimogs. We sell a separate kit for those vehicles.
