This VDO 12/24 Gauge and Sending unit is a direct replacement for the expensive 0015424705 CAPILARY TUBE original gauge. Conversion uses a more common and less failure prone sending unit that screws into the cylinder head. Gone are the days of kinking or breaking the fragile capillary tube on the original gauge. Conversion Kit includes the following:
VDO 12/24 Gauge, and Bulb

Thermal Seal Heat Shrink Ring Terminals
Assorted Installation Hardware and Installation Instructions
Installation will require basic hand and electrical tools, heat gun/lighter (for heat shrink terminals) and 16-18 Gauge Wire - approx. 60"
