- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs and risk of returning the products to EI
- EI is not held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment
- EI is unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the products
- If EI ships the wrong part or a defective part, we will make it right and coordinate the replacement and return shipping
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to products returned
For an order to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Have shipped in the last 30 days
- Products are not used, painted, modified, or installed
- Products are in their original packaging, in the same condition as received
- Returns require a copy of the original Invoice with an RMA number written on the invoice
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Products that have been special ordered
- Tires or Electrical Parts
- Products that have been used, painted, modified, or previously installed

When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt. Expedited shipping methods move your order to the front of the shipping Que. We will make every effort to ship Next Day and Second Day orders the same day they are received if placed by 1:00 pm. Orders are not processed or shipped on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Expedition Imports or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Orders are subject to available inventory, you will be notified via phone or email if there are any delays in the fulfillment of your order. Orders shipped via 'Overnight' methods on the last business day of the week will arrive on the next business day. EI does not offer delivery options for Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays.
What are my shipping options?
EI's primary carriers are UPS and USPS. We contract with a number of truck freight carriers for larger shipments. All shipping options for your location are available at checkout. With advance coordination, the customer can supply their own shipping labels and coordinate a pickup at the EI Warehouse. Contact Customer Support for this option.
Will you ship internationally?
Yes! EI ships Internationally on a daily basis. Please note our International Shipping and Customs Filings are automated and we cannot make changes to invoice valuations. Please make sure you are aware of the Duties/taxes/fees associated with International Purchases.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped you will be sent an email with the tracking number and you can click the link to track your order. PLEASE NOTE: Your tracking results may not be available for up to 24hrs.
If for any reason you do not receive a tracking email please check your spam folder. At anytime you can always log into your account on the website to check the current status and tracking.
I accidentally had my order shipped to the wrong address, can you fix it?
Maybe! If your order has NOT left our warehouse we can change the shipping address. However, if you already have a tracking number you will need to contact the carrier directly to make any changes. Most carriers allow these changes as long as you are logged into your account with that carrier, a fee is usually charged by the carrier.
