Welcome to the NEW EI Website! In the past our site overhauls were focused on the front end. That is not the case this time. In fact, the site itself should look very similar to what you are used to. However, we have completely “Re-platformed.” The focus of our changes were in back end warehouse management, and customer interaction. While you as an EI customer will not likely see a lot of the changes, some will be evident.
Initial Login – Customer emails and addresses have been carried over, however due to regulatory compliance we did not transfer your password or payment information. The first time you go to login to the new site, please do a Password Reset in order to set your new password. If you want to put your payment information on file, you will be given that option the first time you checkout.
Previous Orders, or Previous Carts – If you need information from previous orders, or a current Cart that was in process, please reach out to customer support and we will take care of you. We realize this may be inconvenient, but we promise it will be worth it in the long haul.

Quotes – Need some help with your order? Need someone from EI Technical Support to confirm the parts you are ordering fit your vehicle? Can’t find a specific part? This feature is for you. Add your parts to your “quote” and send it in with your questions and vehicle information. We will proof the order and send it back with any changes/questions, and a convenient checkout link. Give it a try and see what you think. It is much easier for us to help with an order as a quote versus after the order and payment have been placed. If you have questions = Put in your Quote. If you are 100% on what you want, place your order.
Payments and Currency Display – We have significantly increased your payment options. In addition to accepting all major credit cards, we have also added native functionality for the following: Paypal, Paylater, Google Pay, Venmo, Wire Transfer, Local Pickup, etc. Please also note we have added ten additional Currencies and more will be coming. You can select your preferred currency in the Top Left Corner.
Wishlists – This is a feature that has been asked for repeatedly. A customer now has the ability to create as many wish lists (Carts) as you would like. Expect to do a brake job next year? Create a wishlist “Brake Job” and add the parts to that list. When the time is right simply login to your account, pull up your wishlist, and check out. This is a great way to stay organized on various parts projects/needs.
New Search Engine – Our new site is rolling out with a new “Search Engine” for our site search. Enter your search term, and pay attention to the Categories listed on the left as it will make finding the right part so much easier. Search on "Oil Filter," hit return and select the Category on the left "404 Parts" and you will only see the results specific to that category.
Online Returns - Ordered the wrong part? Warranty claim? The new returns functionality will help you (and us) keep track of returns requests. Simply login to your account, go to the order that has the parts you would like to return and select "Return Items." Follow the prompts and request your RMA.
